How to delete the Steam Account
If you think that you will not be able to play the games on your Steam account again, you can ask the Steam Support team to delete your account and all associated information.
With a computer in hand and a few minutes, you can easily get rid of your user on Steam.
Enter the Steam website
On your PC, open the web browser that you usually use.
Go to the address bar and go to the following URL.
After that, you have direct access to the Steam home page, from where you can proceed with the login into your account.
Click “sign in” next to the button to install Steam.
In the form that appears on the screen, enter your Steam user nickname and access password. We must distinguish between upper and lower case.
Enter your user panel
Go to your account settings panel. On the page where you are, you will see that your user nickname appears in the place where the initial option to log in was. Click on it. Within the drop-down menu that now appears, click on the “Account details” option.
Delete your Steam account
Within the screen you are on now, go down until you reach the last section. In it, you will see the option “Delete my Steam account”. You have to click there.
In this new screen, click on the option “Proceed to delete the account”.
Next, provide the information requested. Write the first email with which you registered on Steam, the phone number linked to the account, and provide any additional details if you wish. Then, click on “Send”.
Now, wait for a response in the mail from the Steam team and follow the instructions they dictate to finish.
