Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro get latest Realme UI 2.0 update.

After being tested for a few months, the stable release of Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 is finally rolling out in India. 

The update is being phased in with Realme’s handsets, so it may take some time before all users are notified. Users can continue looking manually in Settings. Android 11 updates bring a number of customizability options including three dark mode styles to choose from.

In the forums, Realme announced that it had released the Android 11 update for the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro. They have labeled the versions RMX2170_11.C.20 and RMX2061_11.C.15. Initially, the update will be rolled out to a limited number of users and will be expanded in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs.

Features of Realme UI 2.0

Despite the fact that the changelogs for Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro are identical. Realme’s Realme UI 2.0 update brings more personalization that allows users to customize their interface. Including the option to pick photos for wallpaper color themes. It also includes three dark-style modes to choose from enhanced, medium, and gentle. Also, support for third-party icons for apps on the home screen.

In addition to a new floating window form, users of Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro can now also drag their files onto the Split-screen mode. The update optimizes the editing page of Smart Sidebar too, where two tabs can now be customized. Optimized night charging is a feature designed to control charging speed at night to prolong battery life. Additional updates include Tone Tunes and DND customizations. Additionally, the update adds weather animations, increased customizability, and background vibration effects.

Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro bring the ability to remove or combine folders to support a system of folder groupings. Users can set filters to sort alphabetically by app names, date installed, or time used for fast app discovery. This update adds more powerful SOS functions, quick access to emergency information, and an optimized permission manager. It also introduces Immersive mode to reduce interruptions while playing and alters how you can summon Game Assistant.

The update adds cloud sync functionality to the Realme Pro 7 and Pro 6 so you can sync private photos to the cloud and optimize image editing features with upgraded algorithms and more editing effects. The camera app adds shortcuts to share and edit photos quickly. It also gets an inertial zoom feature and some tools to help you compose videos. It’ll enable users to schedule downtime with Sleep Capsule and readjust loudness in the world.
